Are there any good driving teams that you have used or are aware of? I would appreciate it if you could recommend some. In recent years, our company has seen an increase in overseas projects, which has led to a higher demand for driving services; we need to build up a pool of resources for hiring drivers on a subcontracting basis
Different companies have different driving teams; no company has a team that can handle everything. The companies within the system (such as Sinopec and CNPC) all have their own distinctive driving teams, while new enterprises outside the system generally obtain their driving teams from those of Sinopec and CNPC.

Individual experts can be hired from retirees; one should avoid relying on unqualified teams put together ad hocly.
In the case of coal chemical industry, New Ao used to have such teams in the past; it’s rare to hear of dedicated teams in other areas.
