On July 14, the People’s Government of Qilin District in Qujing City, Yunnan Province, jointly held a grand signing ceremony with Xuzhou Longshan Coking Co., Ltd. and Qujing Shengkai Coking Co., Ltd. This signing marks the implementation of Shengkai Coking’s 1.3 million-ton coking transformation and upgrading project, as well as the reaching of a consensus on cooperation. Zhu Kairong emphasized that the 1.3-million-ton coking transformation and upgrading construction project by Shengkai Coking will have a profound impact on the high-quality transformative development of Qilin District. To ensure the smooth progress of the projects, Qilin District will further improve the mechanism whereby leaders are responsible for key projects, providing comprehensive follow-up services to ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner. He urged relevant district-level departments to make project construction their top priority, strengthen coordination and services, proactively offer on-site assistance, and help handle various matters such as land acquisition, planning and construction, procedure processing, and facility provision, with the aim of creating a first-class environment and providing high-quality services for the projects. At the same time, Yuezhou Town must closely monitor the progress of the project construction. In accordance with the project’s requirements, it should steadily advance relocation and compensation efforts as well as measures to maintain social stability, thereby providing a solid guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project.
