At present, there are no standards for binders used in activated carbon production, and various types of binders are employed by different companies, resulting in uneven quality of the activated carbon products. Let’s discuss which parameters are important for binders used in activated carbon production; we plan to develop specialized binders for this purpose.
It seems there really are no relevant standards for this. But I don’t think there’s any need for any standards for this thing. Similar to rice, some people prefer Northeastern rice, some like fragrant rice, and others prefer rice from the Jiangnan region. There is no need to standardize what kind of rice must be eaten. As long as technical parameters such as the iodine value of the activated carbon meet the requirements, that’s sufficient.
There are no relevant standards for this; it seems there’s no need to establish any such standards either.
