Project for the comprehensive utilization of low-grade coal and the extension of related industrial chains Location: Camel Circle Industrial Park, Xinxing Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xinxing City, 13th Division Nature of the project: Phase 1 – expansion； Phase 2 project: New construction period: Phase 1 project: One year and six months ； Phase 2 project: Two-year construction scale: Construction will be carried out in two phases. In the first phase of construction, a low-rank coal pyrolysis unit capable of processing 600,000 tons per year of gas-based heat carriers will be built, along with systems for feeding raw coal and removing the resulting coal, as well as systems for the unit’s automatic control and power supply. In the second phase of construction, a pyrolysis unit with an annual processing capacity of 450,000 tons, a tar hydrogenation unit with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons, and a hydrogen extraction unit for pyrolysis gases will be built, along with related auxiliary facilities. The total investment for the first phase of this project is 288 million yuan, while the total investment for the second phase is 1,421,164,300 yuan; together, these amounts amount to 1,709,164,300 yuan.
