Are there any special regulatory requirements for the transportation of sulfur ointment?
It should be sealed to prevent the spread of unpleasant odors and to stop liquid leaks. Sulfur paste itself contains desulfurization liquid that is corrosive, and carbon steel equipment will corrode and be damaged quickly; therefore, anti-corrosion measures should be taken for the transportation equipment. It’s necessary to check whether it counts as a hazardous chemical; I’m not sure about the other aspects.
