What are the main processes generally required for hydrogen production in large-scale coal chemical industries? Public works are not included. I think it should be processes such as vaporization, conversion, low-temperature methanol washing, liquid nitrogen washing, and pressure swing adsorption.
If there is \"low-temperature methanol washing and liquid nitrogen washing,\" then is \"pressure swing adsorption\" not necessary?
If the hydrogen production unit is not used for ammonia synthesis, liquid nitrogen washing can be omitted; PSA can be connected after the methanol washing step
Can connecting PSA directly after the transformation meet the requirements?

For producing synthetic ammonia, it should be more reasonable to use liquid nitrogen for washing after low-temperature methanol washing.
If only hydrogen is produced without manufacturing synthetic ammonia, isn’t the efficiency of PSA that good?
The apparent efficiency of PSA for hydrogen production seems low, right?
Low-temperature methanol washing + PSA – this is basically the standard configuration these days.
Which unit has adopted such a configuration?
