Is the temperature of the gas at the outlet of the previous section stable?
If it’s as you say, it’s very likely that water has entered – the liquid level in the front separator is high, or there’s a false indication
Is it also possible that there is a problem with the temperature control valve? Saturated steam doesn’t contain water, right?

An excessively high liquid level in the separation system of the upstream system may cause moisture to enter the pre-conversion furnace, and a decrease in the temperature of the feed gas can also lead to a drop in the bed temperature; Secondly, the system suddenly experiences an increase in load after the transformation, which results in inadequate adjustment of the conversion process; as a consequence, the space velocity increases instantly, leading to heat loss from the bed temperature ; Finally, if your process involves medium-pressure shift reactors in series with low-pressure shift reactors, it is necessary to determine which shift reactor’s bed temperature has dropped; you will need to explain the design of your shift reactors
