We missed two coil-type heat exchangers earlier; one was during the equipment commissioning phase and the other during production. Normally, the tube side head is cut open and water is injected into the shell side in order to identify the leaking heat exchange tubes. However, the arrangement of the coils doesn’t follow any pattern, so patience is required to locate them

It is best to coordinate with the manufacturer to carry out this task; if there is a leak on the high-pressure side, it should be replaced, while on the low-pressure side, the manufacturer can weld to seal the leak
Isn’t it to park the vehicle, take it apart for repair?
Check for leaks: It’s straightforward to seal the entire plug and pipe, but it’s more complicated when it comes to the tube sheet
Has there been any analysis of the causes of tube leakage, such as corrosion? Design reasons?
Why does a high chloride ion content cause equipment corrosion? I don’t have any measures in place to monitor chloride ions; I’m not sure if it’s necessary to do so
OP, is there a leak around the tube? Has it been taken care of?
