In our workshop, we mainly monitor PH, conductivity, and total phosphorus. The analysis is carried out every three days for the boiler water. Control is generally achieved by regulating the amount of trisodium phosphate and sodium hydroxide added. During long-term operation, it is important to maintain proper pressure and temperature in the boiler; overpressure operation is strictly prohibited, and changes in pressure in the boiler should not be too rapid
It would be best to provide the control indicators and the basis for them
1. The quality of the softened water must meet the standards for boiler water (hardness, total phosphorus, pH, conductivity); 2. The operation must be stable, avoiding large fluctuations to reduce the frequency of starting and stopping ; 3. Regular inspection and maintenance of the equipment must be ensured. The above three points are the foundation for maintaining the stable operation of waste heat boilers over the long term.
