Why is recycled methanol relatively dirty?

As the title suggests, there is a filter at the bottom of the concentration tower in the methanol washing unit, and there is also a filter at the bottom of the regeneration tower. Why does the methanol become dirty after regeneration? What are these impurities mainly? If the temperature of methanol is high, shouldn’t impurities not dissolve in it?

It is normal for methanol to become contaminated; it is advisable to clean the filter at the bottom of the concentration tower more frequently on a daily basis. It is best to replace the methanol with fresh material every six months, though online replacement is an option if conditions do not permit it.
Focusing on this issue, it is suspected that since certain organic substances tend to stick together when heated, a filter is installed in this area.
