On April 20, the signing ceremony for the overall design of this demonstration project was held at China Global Engineering Co., Ltd. Song Shijie, executive director of Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd., Zhang Xiaojun, general manager of the same company, as well as engineers involved in the project; Zhang Jiazhen, general manager of China Global Engineering Co., Ltd., Hou Zhaning, party secretary of the company, and relevant design managers; Shen Heping, general manager of Shengbang Technology Co., Ltd., Xing Liwei, chief engineer, and other professional engineers attended the signing ceremony. Song Shijie pointed out that the 1.8 million tons per year ethylene glycol production project, which is part of the first phase of the demonstration project for the utilization of coal in various ways to produce new chemical materials at Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd., is a key construction project in Shaanxi Province for 2018, and leaders at all levels attach great importance to this project. The overall design work is the soul and backbone of the entire project, serving as a guiding force that provides direction. It is believed that China Global Engineering Co., Ltd. will be able to carry out this work excellently, and it is also confident that, through the joint efforts of both parties, this project can become a benchmark in the field of coal chemical engineering worldwide. General Manager Zhang Jiazhen said at the signing ceremony that China Global Company will surely prioritize this project as its top task and the focus of its efforts at this stage. And all design resources will be devoted to ensuring timely progress and high quality. It is believed that through the joint efforts of both parties, the overall design work will be completed to a high standard. Subsequently, the signing ceremony officially began, with Song Shijie and Zhang Jiazhen signing the agreement respectively.
