The sulfidation process for the 500,000 tons/year DME controllable heat transfer conversion unit in the new area of Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group has been completed; it is now waiting to be put into operation. The process software package for this conversion unit was designed by Nanjing Dunxian Company. Its capacity for treating raw gas is approximately 25 Nm3 on a dry basis; the annual operating time is 7200 hours, the operating pressure is 3.7 MPa, the operating range is 50%-110%, and the system resistance is ≤0.2 MPa. 、
