The new national standard will come into effect on December 1 this year. According to the technicians at the Quality, Technology Supervision and Inspection Center of Yanshan Petrochemical, the new national standards issued jointly by the **Market Regulation Bureau** and the **Standardization Management Committee** include additional specifications regarding impurities in coal chemical process products. These standards now cover products from all domestic ethylene glycol production processes. It is understood that the Quality, Technology Supervision and Inspection Center of Yanshan Petrochemical has taken on the task of formulating and revising national and industry standards; to date, it has organized the formulation and revision of a total of 34 such standards, covering various chemical products including synthetic rubbers, synthetic resins, and chemicals.
