How to determine the operating temperature of a gasification furnace? (1) Use high-temperature thermocouples to measure and monitor the temperature of the vaporization furnace ; (2) Judging from the changes in methane content, as the furnace temperature rises, the methane content decreases ; As the furnace temperature drops, the methane content increases. (3) Depending on the changes in CO and CO2 levels, if the furnace temperature rises, the CO2 level increases while the CO level decreases; conversely, when the furnace temperature drops, the opposite occurs ; (4) Check the slag sample and slag volume. If glassy, fibrous slag appears, the furnace temperature is likely too high. (5) Check the pressure difference of the gasification furnace ; (6) Check the level of oxygen-to-coal ratio ; (7) Make a comprehensive judgment by referring to the levels of the syngas outlet temperature and the quench chamber tray temperature. To determine the furnace temperature, one generally observes the thermocouples in the furnace chamber and the outlet temperature; other factors serve as supplementary means of verification. If the analysis results differ from the temperatures indicated by the instruments, a comprehensive consideration is necessary.
