Compliance standards for purging each steam pipeline

To what extent must each steam pipeline be purged to be considered satisfactory? What was the shooting result? What are the criteria for determining that the compressor steam pipeline has been properly purged?

We comply with the quality acceptance standards for steam purging as specified in Table 9.3.1 of GB 50184. Inspection items and quality standards are as follows: 1. Number of purging cycles: Not less than 3 times. 2. Duration of each purging cycle: 15 minutes per cycle (both purging cycles must meet the requirements). 3. Size of marks on the target plate: Below φ0.6 mm. 4. Depth of marks on the target plate: Less than 0.5 mm. 5. Number of mark points: 1 point/cm2
