As of December 31, 2025, the company had produced a total of 806,500 tons of methanol throughout the year, achieving 122.19% of its annual production target of 660,000 tons； 464,600 tons of acetic acid were produced, achieving 116.15% of the annual production target of 400,000 tons, and thus the annual production goals were successfully met. Among them, Kaiyue Coal Chemical produced 536,700 tons of refined methanol throughout the year. In 2024, Yulin Coal Chemical Company produced 976,900 tons of methanol and 425,800 tons of acetic acid on an annual basis. In terms of project construction, the 500,000 tons per year methanol-to-ethanol project was completed on schedule by CCCC ； The downstream products project for ethanol and acetic acid has completed various procedural changes, received approval for the project’s basic design, and finalized the procurement of process packages for ethanol dehydration, vinyl acetate, and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene ； The feasibility study and revisions for the 100,000 tons/year syngas-based high-carbon alcohol production project have been completed, and it has been submitted to the group company for approval. The Yulin Coal Chemical Complex of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum has a methanol production facility (200,000 tons) and an acetic acid production facility (400,000 tons). Yulin Coal Chemical took over the management of Yushen Energy Chemical Company in 2014. In 2018, the company took on coal chemical industry projects for Huadian Coal Industry in the Yulin region of Shaanxi, including Kaiyue Coal Chemical Company (700,000 tons of methanol production).
