The methanol production system using coke oven gas has stopped operating due to insufficient gas supply; can the existing equipment be used to produce other products?

As the title suggests, due to various reasons, one of the two coke ovens in our facility has been shut down; we are currently operating at 50% capacity. Because of insufficient gas supply, the methanol production system has also stopped operating. If we want to make full use of the existing equipment and processes, can we produce other products? Does anyone have any advice?
Urban gas supply also requires the installation of pipelines, and the volume of work is considerable; the investment is too high:o
What is the scale of methanol production? With a 50% load, the gas volume is insufficient; how much oxygen is available in excess? It might be advisable to generate additional gas to make up for this shortfall.
By reducing the capacity by half, the existing methanol production facilities can be used as a purification system; subsequently, equipment for ammonia synthesis can be added, and the nitrogen produced by the existing air separation units can be utilized to produce ammonia along with methanol.
