1. Open the exhaust valve at the top of the cooler. 2. Slightly open the water inlet valve. 3. Once exhaust is complete, allow water to flow continuously and then close the exhaust valve. 4. After fully opening the water inlet valve, partially open the water outlet valve. 5. After the regeneration tower is in operation, adjust the opening degree of the water outlet valve according to process requirements

When putting it into use, add water first to ensure complete exhaust of air, and then add hot gas; When shutting it down, turn off the hot gas first and then the water. The seal might leak when it’s shut down; tightening it again should resolve the issue
