Phase 1: an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 600,000 tons of urea (including 600,000 tons of urea-based compound fertilizers), and 47,800 tons of concentrated sulfuric acid ； Phase 2 will have an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of ethylene glycol, with by-products including 150,000 tons of methanol, 6,700 tons of dimethyl carbonate, and 17,600 tons of mixed polyols. At present, the draft environmental impact assessment report for this project has been preliminarily prepared. The construction details are as follows: Phase 1 will employ a coal powder fluidized bed pressurized continuous gasification process to achieve an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 600,000 tons of urea (including 600,000 tons of urea-based compound fertilizers), and 33,800 tons of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid (with a designed capacity of 50,000 tons per year; Phase 2 will have a capacity of 12,000 tons per year) ； The second phase employs a pulverized coal fluidized bed pressurized continuous gasification process to produce 200,000 tons of ethylene glycol per year, with by-products including 150,000 tons of methanol, 6,700 tons of dimethyl carbonate, and 17,600 tons of mixed polyols.
