From September 9th to 10th, a team from the China Construction Enterprise Management Association’s **Quality Project Award** on-site re-inspection group visited Xintian Coal Chemicals to conduct a on-site review for the selection of the **Quality Project Award** for the “Yili Xintian Project with an annual production capacity of 2 billion cubic meters of coal-to-natural gas”. Representatives from the Xinjiang Quality and Safety Supervision Station, China Chemical, Tianchen Company, Saiding Company, Donghua Company, Hualu Company, Beijing Bipeike, Shandong Qilu, Beijing Xingyou and other participating units accompanied the inspection. The expert group first listened to a comprehensive report by the general contractor of China Chemical Xintian project on the efforts made to win the **Quality Project Award** for the \"Ili Xintian 2 billion cubic meters per year coal-to-natural gas project\". They watched a documentary highlighting the achievements of this project, and held discussions with the project owner, supervision agency, surveying agency, design firm, construction company, as well as the Xinjiang Quality and Safety Supervision Station. After the meeting, in accordance with the \"**Procedures for On-site Re-inspection of High-quality Projects and General Key Points for Re-inspection**, the expert group conducted a re-inspection of the construction process of the Yili Xintian project, which has an annual production capacity of 2 billion cubic meters of coal-based natural gas, focusing on aspects such as the legality of the construction process, technical advancement, quality reliability, effectiveness of management, and the authenticity of any distinctive features. A comprehensive inspection was also carried out on the quality of the physical structure of the project as well as on the relevant documentation related to it. Based on an inspection of the actual quality of the works and the relevant documentation for this project, the expert panel conducted a professional evaluation and scoring regarding the pursuit of “high-quality construction standards” for the “Yili Xintian Project: 2 billion cubic meters per year of coal-to-natural gas production”. Following a comprehensive assessment, the panel arrived at overall evaluation conclusions as well as recommendations. At the review feedback meeting, the expert panel for the **High-Quality Project** review provided feedback on the on-site inspection and gave a comprehensive assessment of the project’s quality. The expert group gave full recognition to the physical quality of the project and its technical documentation; this project fully embodies the national excellence spirit of \"striving for excellence and creating masterpieces\". At the same time, suggestions and opinions were also put forward regarding the existing problems and shortcomings.
