On March 23, the ceremony for pouring the first batch of concrete for Boiler No. 3 in the power station unit of Yulin Chemical’s 1.8 million tons per year ethylene glycol production project was held at the project site in Qingshui Industrial Park, marking a new stage in the construction of this power station. At 11:18 a.m., the head of the Engineering Management Department announced the commencement of pouring the first batch of concrete for the foundation of Boiler No. 3. Amidst the celebratory sounds of firecrackers, mixers and pump trucks rotated slowly, continuously delivering concrete to the pouring site. The workers each performed their duties, pushing the construction site to a climax. Before the pouring began, the on-site supervisor of Northwest Urban Construction Co., Ltd. provided safety and technical instructions regarding potential safety issues such as damage to mechanical equipment and problems related to personnel operations during the pouring process, as well as the standards to be followed. He also required all workers involved in the pouring to sign the \"Safety and Technical Instructions Form\" to ensure that safety was maintained, quality standards were met, and everything remained under control throughout the entire pouring process. It is reported that on March 9, the company held a special meeting to discuss and arrange matters related to the construction requirements for boilers No. 3 and No. 4, project progress, material procurement, and equipment delivery, and set a target date of April 15 for completing the foundations of boilers No. 3 and No. 4 in the power station. On March 12, work began on clearing the soil from the foundation trenches for Boilers No. 3 and No. 4. Thanks to the joint efforts of all the participating units, tasks such as preparing the base layer for Boiler No. 3, binding the rebar, and installing formwork were completed in just 10 days, laying a solid foundation for achieving the scheduled goals. Those who attended this ceremony included the heads of the company’s Engineering Management Department, HSSE Management Department, Quality Management Department, and Air Separation and Thermal Power Project Department, as well as the relevant officials from Zhongda Lian Consulting Co., Ltd. of Dahuawa Group, Northwest Electric Power Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Northwest Urban Construction Co., Ltd.
