The pressurized coal gasification furnace for the Jinmei Tianqing project at the Central Plains Branch was successfully lifted into place. On August 31, the first pressurized gasification furnace in the preparation project for the Jinmei Tianqing project at the Central Plains Branch was successfully lifted into place in one attempt. The pressurized gasification furnace is 14.5 meters tall and weighs 152 tons; it is the core equipment for the entire gasification installation of this project. Upon the arrival of the equipment, the management staff and construction workers immediately carried out physical measurements of the pressurized gasification furnace, as well as re-measured the steel structure foundation. They checked each potential hazard that might arise during the lifting process, to ensure that the gasification furnace could be installed in one go. Under the careful supervision of the on-site installation crew, the \"double-crane lifting method\" was employed: a 700-ton crawler crane was used as the main lifting device while a 260-ton truck crane assisted in lifting the equipment, enabling the gasifier to be moved from a horizontal position to a nearly vertical one. Subsequently, the main crane lifted the equipment vertically, thus completing the lifting process of the pressurized gasifier successfully. This marks the entry of the construction of the Jinmei Tianqing coal crushing pressurized gasification plant into its final phase.
