Project overview: The technical renovation project for the 600,000-ton/year methanol distillation unit is located within the existing site of the integrated power and heating project; no additional land is required, with the project covering an area of 2,100 m2. The main production scale of this project is to use crude methanol produced by existing facilities as raw material, and to obtain refined methanol through distillation; the production capacity is 600,000 tons per year of refined methanol. A four-column methanol distillation process is employed. Status of environmental compliance procedures: In September 2018, the company commissioned Caiding Engineering Co., Ltd. to prepare the environmental impact report for this project ； On May 20, 2019, the Jincheng City Administrative Approval and Service Administration issued Document No. 20 granting approval for this project.
