Xinjiang Yihua Successfully Passed the On-site Verification for Industrial Product Production Licenses Author/Source: Xinjiang Yihua Date: 2022-01-28 Clicks: 12 On January 22, an inspection team composed of market supervision agencies at the autonomous region, Changji Prefecture, and Zhundong levels, appointed by the Market Supervision, Audit, and Evaluation Center of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, conducted an on-site verification for industrial product production licenses at Xinjiang Yihua. In accordance with the requirements of the General Provisions for the Implementation Rules of Industrial Product Production Licenses, the review team conducted a thorough and detailed examination of 24 assessment items, including the industrial policies related to methanol, liquid ammonia, and sulfuric acid in Xinjiang Yihua, as well as aspects such as personnel capabilities, production and testing facilities and equipment, technical documents, and production process control. This was done through discussions with relevant personnel, review of relevant documents, and inspections of the production sites. After two days of thorough and meticulous verification, the expert review panel gave high praise to the various preparatory efforts made by Xinjiang Yihua. It was unanimously agreed that the company had a proper understanding of this inspection, was well-prepared, had complete documentation, and maintained standard practices at the site; its overall management level met all the requirements for industrial product production licensing. The panel confirmed that the company possessed the necessary conditions to produce the three types of products it had applied to manufacture, as well as the capability to produce quality products, and approved Xinjiang Yihua’s passing of this on-site inspection for industrial product production licensing. To date, Xinjiang Yihua has passed the inspections for industrial production licenses for 8 products, including cement, calcium carbide, caustic soda flakes, liquid caustic soda, high-purity hydrochloric acid, methanol, sulfuric acid, and liquid ammonia. Full certification for all these products has been obtained, laying a foundation for the company to expand into new product markets.
