Date: 2020-07-22 Clicks: 105 At 00:25 on July 17, the initial ignition of Boiler No. 1 in the utility center of Yueneng Chemical, carried out by Xi’an Company, was successful. During this maintenance period, Boiler No. 1 was shut down on June 30. While it was under maintenance, the construction team carried out tasks such as cleaning the ash accumulation in the rear flue of Boiler No. 1, inspecting, replacing, and repairing the auxiliary equipment of the slag remover, replacing some water wall tubes, replacing the steam drum cyclone separator, and upgrading certain process valves on the top of the boiler. During the maintenance process, the maintenance staff at Xi’an Company worked overtime to ensure the successful completion of the boiler maintenance tasks. The first attempt at welding the over 100 newly installed furnace tubes was successful in 100% of cases. Civilized construction practices and effective safety management were observed on site, which earned praise from the client. It is reported that Boiler No. 1, the maintenance of which was carried out by the Xi’an company, has been successfully ignited, laying a solid foundation for completing the ignition of Boilers No. 4, No. 2, and No. 3, as well as for achieving other key milestones such as the cleaning of the steam pipeline network, the startup of the steam turbines, and the commissioning of other production units.
