Original poster: I’m not sure whether you’re referring to the initial checks carried out before putting something into operation, or to the regular checks that are done after it has started operating. Regular inspections should be entrusted to testing institutions with specialized expertise in explosion protection, with an interval generally not exceeding 3 years. The inspection contents are divided into two main categories: review of technical documents and on-site inspection. The technical documents include: diagrams showing the areas classified as explosive hazard zones, names of the locations with explosive hazards along with safety data sheets, certificates confirming that electrical equipment meets explosion-proof standards, as well as lists of explosion-proof electrical devices along with their corresponding identifiers. As for the on-site inspection: 1. Equipment – distribution boxes, junction boxes, distribution panels, devices for introducing explosion-proof cables, control panels, etc.; 2. Installation – pipelines, wiring, cables, electrical connections, grounding. 3. Environment—no dust accumulation, dry electrical insulation. I hope this helps you.
