Operation tickets should be numbered sequentially in advance; those generated by a computer should be automatically numbered sequentially and used in order. On cancelled operation tickets, the word “Cancelled” should be indicated; on those that have been executed, the word “Executed” should be marked. The above operation tickets are retained for 12 months.
