Regarding the issue of defining what constitutes a power distribution room during inspections, some companies have a power distribution box on the wall of their warehouse, and such a location is considered a power distribution room in the inspections. Is there any clear requirement regarding this?
The authorities went to check now and said that the management of the power distribution room is poor, with things like mouse guards not in place:@

Does every factory building that lacks maintenance phases, lighting boxes, etc., have to be considered a power distribution room?
It’s the main power distribution box assigned to the equipment in the factory; it’s fixed to the wall, inside a room. How can it be checked and what’s the explanation for that?
If that’s the only electrical panel in this room, then there’s no need to worry about it – just make the necessary changes. It’s also very easy to simply add a rodent-proof plate.
Rat barriers, protective nets, emergency lighting, insulating materials and equipment; there’s nothing beyond that
