Excuse me, how do I apply grease based on the motor load and speed? How often should I replenish the grease, and in what quantity? How long can it run before the oil must be changed? Under what circumstances should how much lithium-based or calcium-based grease be added?

The nameplate on electric motors is always labeled, especially on medium- and large-sized motors. For small motors, no specifications are usually provided; therefore, relevant regulations can be referred to for guidance. For instance, after the motor has run for 2,000 hours, it should be lubricated with Type 3 lithium-based grease. The amount of grease to be added should be determined based on the sound emitted by the motor bearings during lubrication.
On medium- and large-sized motors, there are instructions regarding lubrication intervals and quantities; such instructions are not present on small motors
