As the title suggests: Does anyone have materials from the 17-year conference on the processing of heavy and low-quality residue oil, namely the one held at Yanshan Petrochemical? If there are any, please share them generously, experts.

These days, there’s a lack of willingness to share things; maybe it’s due to internal system regulations, or perhaps for other reasons. Anyway, a few years ago, once such annual meeting materials became available, they could be obtained on HaiChuan within just three to five months. But now that’s not possible anymore – one has to rely on various connections to get them. They’re not even willing to give it.
