In the petrochemical industry, where conditions are characterized by high temperatures, high pressures, flammability, explosiveness, toxicity, harmfulness, and high corrosion levels, how can one become an effective team leader when working with people born in the 1990s or even the 2000s? We welcome everyone to actively share their opinions and engage in lively discussions!
Why think so much? One should have their own principles when doing things – identifying what are the mandatory requirements, the non-negotiable bottom lines, and what is ambiguous; it’s important to clarify such things.
Learn *thoughts~~~ and try to get a feel for them. 1. Seeking truth from facts means starting from reality in everything, integrating theory with practice, and combining the hazards associated with the chemical industry with the actual operations ; Ideological education and knowledge training are pursued consistently. 2. The mass line means doing everything for the masses (for everyone’s safety), relying on the masses for everything (depending on everyone’s efforts), coming from the masses (I also start from the grassroots level), and going back to the masses (taking the lead and doing things well) ; 3. Independence and self-reliance mean proceeding based on practical realities, relying on the broad masses to carry out self-reform (improving quality) and development (realizing career prospects).

Just do what needs to be done; being too down-to-earth isn’t necessarily a good thing
My brothers are also a group mainly made up of those born in the 1990s, with some born in the 2000s joining as well. I feel that there’s a huge generation gap among those born in the 1990s when it comes to management. People keep talking about people born in the 1980s, 1990s, and 1995; in fact, social progress is an inevitable outcome. Think about how innocent we were when we were young, and how smart children are nowadays. We can only keep up with the times. Talk more and communicate more. I believe that in the future, those born in the 1990s will also discuss those born in the 2000s and 2005s in the same way we do.
It’s useless to try to control these kids; they can say goodbye to you at any time. To integrate in and become friends with them, it’s important to stay aware of their thoughts and feelings. What is said as a friend is much more useful than what is said from the perspective of being the team leader. It’s my personal opinion; I do the same thing, and it works well
