For our 1.5 million-unit hydrocracking unit, the main feedstocks are Changchai diesel, accelerated diesel, straight-run wax oil, and mixed feedstocks. Using Changchai diesel yields a higher diesel yield, while accelerated diesel requires more hydrogen and results in a more intense reaction; straight-run wax oil leads to a higher yield of light products, and the naphtha yield increases as well. The catalysts used are the FBN series hydrogenation protectants developed by the Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute, along with the FF-66 hydrogenation refining catalyst and the FC-32A hydrocracking catalyst.
