All other parameters of the heavy stone are within the acceptable range, but its sulfur content is too high. What could be the reason? Is there any equipment that experiences a similar issue?
Has the amount of circulating hydrogen increased too much?
The reaction is incomplete; the catalytic contact is poor
The amount of circulating hydrogen is fine; it meets the required standards
The stabilization system is not operating properly, and hydrogen sulfide is not being removed
What is the sulfur content of the feed? Is it too high? Is the hydrogen-to-oil ratio appropriate?
It’s the same as before – the parameters haven’t changed, and everything is running smoothly!
The reaction temperature is already very high; it’s approaching the final temperature
