The main reaction principle is as follows: Si + 2H2 + 3SiCl4 → 4SiHCl3 (main reaction); (1) SiCl4 + Si + 2H2 → 2SiH2Cl2 (side reaction); (2) 2SiHCl3 → SiCl4 + SiH2Cl2 (side reaction).
