Dear teachers: What are the reasons for the large fluctuations in the amount of cold hydrogen used in gasoline hydrogenation reactors, and how can this be addressed? Thank you! ! !
Is the control valve positioner not working properly? Or the compressor air valve is not working properly and is leaking
Check the output stability of the locator; if it is stable, try using a different safety barrier. Another possibility is that the medium contains liquid

It is unclear whether it is the control valve that experiences large fluctuations or the cold hydrogen flow meter; the reason could be that the PID settings for the control valve are not appropriate, and fluctuations in the flow meter should be checked with the instrumentation staff for calibration
The system pressure fluctuates greatly, likely due to leakage in the cold hydrogen valve or an inappropriate valve selection.
