I would like to ask everyone: in a system using gaseous media, if one of the branches of the main pipeline is a dead end and the pipeline isn’t very long, during the process of first releasing pressure and then replacing the gas, can the method of repeatedly releasing pressure and flushing the main pipeline be used to remove the gas from within that dead end, thereby avoiding the need to address the issue of replacing the pipe at that dead end?
It’s still more reliable to remove the blind flange for venting; otherwise, you won’t know what to expect
After pressurization, release pressure from the blind end, or evacuate and then pressurize again.
Theoretically, relying solely on pressure relief through stamping requires countless repetitions! It’s really hard! So it’s best to be able to discharge at the end; otherwise, vacuuming will be necessary
