Currently, 50,000 Nm3/h of hydrogen-containing exhaust gas needs to be purified, and a solution is required. The gas composition is: hydrogen: 88%, oxygen: 0.7%, carbon monoxide: 0.3%, carbon dioxide: 0.1%, methane: 0.2%, organic sulfur COS at 2 ppm, CS2 at 2 ppm, ammonia at 20 ppm; the remainder is nitrogen.
Extract hydrogen? The previous set of PSA systems was sufficient; the technology is already quite mature, the operation is largely automated, and the purity of hydrogen can reach four nines.
This is a considerable amount; after purification, it represents a significant fortune
There are few harmful impurities, so the pre-filter mainly serves a protective purpose~~~~ PSA is the best solution~~~ It’s still necessary to choose an appropriate adsorbent~~~~ After all, there is still some organic sulfur present.
Thank you. Could you recommend any suitable manufacturers?
There is a problem with this portion of the exhaust gas. This exhaust gas should be PSA-treated gas, and a purity of 88% hydrogen already exceeds that of crude hydrogen; in other words, your existing PSA unit needs to be adjusted. Now, many companies are building another PSA unit in order to increase hydrogen production. We have previously worked on similar projects in collaboration with Shanghai Huaxi, and the results were quite good. The two best hospitals in China for this purpose are West China Hospital in Shanghai and Sichuan Tianyi Hospital; the poster can get in touch with them. If needed, I have the contact information for West China Hospital
It was clearly explained upstairs: West China and Tianyi~~~
Currently, 50,000 Nm3/h of hydrogen-containing exhaust gas needs to be purified, and a solution is required. I might have misread it; are you saying the exhaust volume is 50,000 cubic meters? This amount is quite large; if that’s the case, the economic benefits will be significant. Resolving the issue in the shortest possible time means achieving maximum benefits, with an additional direct benefit of 50,000 per hour for completing the project ahead of schedule. Therefore, it is recommended that you go with the EPC approach, as it allows project construction to be completed in as fast as 2 months. If needed, I can help you with the project
Leave me your contact information. I’m not mistaken – the quantity is indeed that large
