Problems identified here include deformation of the exhaust oil and No. 2 oil air-cooling tube bundles, oil leakage from the plug seals, as well as oil leakage at the gasket area of the atmospheric pressure heat exchange vessel. It seems that the cracking process reached a temperature of 1000 degrees once before; significant efforts are being made to start operations in winter. Any useful suggestions would be appreciated. Be careful of equipment pipelines containing water; use heat tracing for the feed oil – freezing can occur if this is not done
All pipeline heat tracing systems have been activated; transport by oil will take place first.
