Regarding the interlock issues at the outlet of the feed pump in the hydrogenation unit, the feed water pump, and the lean liquid line, why do some units have these issues while others do not? ? ? Why on earth? ? ?
The directions being considered are different, I guess, and the underlying concepts for setting things up are also different.

These areas are all locations where there is a risk of high voltage connecting to low voltage, and this interlock is a safety measure that I consider to be very necessary; our devices all have it
Some design institutes’ plans do not include interlocks; instead, double check valves are installed to prevent high pressure from leaking into low pressure. . . However, the reliability of check valves is not stable; it is best to install interlocks. In the absence of such interlocks, in case of any abnormalities, the outlet control valves of these pumps should be closed immediately
The development and maturation of any technological process are achieved gradually through practice! It’s probably due to the design philosophy of the old company and cost considerations; the requirements in this regard aren’t very high, so most devices don’t have such features. Currently, newly installed devices must be configured to pass the acceptance test.
