Is it noticeable in daily work between those who have done outdoor work for one year and those who have done it for two years?
Every time something is moved outside, you can first ask what task it’s for; then, when you get back and have time, ask why that particular spot needed to be moved. Comprehend slowly, learn slowly. If every time one has to listen to the mechanical commands from the center control unit to operate the valves, well, it remains the same after working in this job for years
It depends on the work attitude of each individual; some senior employees treat their job as a side activity, and as a result they are not as effective in handling certain tasks as beginners.
It should be possible. The experiences over one year and two years are different; those with more years of experience will surely have accumulated more, but this isn’t absolute. Two years of casual involvement might be on par with one year of serious study
