After disassembly and inspection by the fitter, it was found that the end faces of the moving and stationary rings of the primary seal were severely worn and needed to be replaced; there were impurities at the spring seat, and the floating C-ring was also worn and required replacement. The secondary seal was also worn, but it could be used again after grinding. Reason for analysis: Caused by impurities in the pipeline ; Impurities in the lean liquid ; The heating temperature of the liquid separation tank at the inlet of the circulating hydrogen compressor is too high, resulting in liquid carried in the circulating hydrogen.
