Vacuuming and multiple pressure charging and discharging for replacement

During startup and shutdown periods, vacuum pumping and multiple pressure changes for displacement are available; which method is more cost-effective, simpler, and less time-consuming and labor-intensive? Please recommend one!
Vacuuming is convenient; the key advantage is time savings
We all start by purging first, and then take turns replacing it when we have time
It has always been pressure relief and replacement; vacuum pumping has never been used.
Vacuuming can save nitrogen, but many refineries, in order to save trouble, simply do not use vacuum pumps and instead release the gas by opening the waste hydrogen valve wide.
Multiple stamping cycles facilitate pressure release, but they waste nitrogen and prolong the replacement time； Vacuuming requires additional vacuum equipment, but it can save nitrogen and reduce the replacement time ； So, specifically, it depends on the size of the system that needs to be evacuated; for larger systems, vacuum extraction is used for evacuation, while for smaller systems, pressurization and depressurization are sufficient after just a couple of attempts.
