What are the working principles and operation methods of hydrogen production conversion gas steam generators! ! !
Principle: 1. The gas flows through the tube side, while water flows through the shell side； 2. The inlet section has a lining (either direct casting material or a protective plate with casting material), while the outlet has no lining ； 3. The outlet is equipped with a temperature control valve (plug type) ； 4. The inlet temperature is generally 750–860°C, while the outlet temperature is 320–350°C℃ ； 5. Water inlet pipe (on the side), water outlet pipe (at the top); circulation is achieved through density differences. Operation: 1. Regular sewage discharge at the bottom, once per shift, for 1 minute each time ； 2. The control of the outlet temperature control valve ensures the inlet temperature of the medium-pressure reactor, preventing the catalyst from being damaged due to high temperatures ； Prevent the catalyst from breaking due to water ingress caused by low temperatures ； 3.
