During normal production, what impact does it have if the permanent light goes out? And what is the difference between when the plant is shut down and when the permanent light remains on?
When the heating element is turned off, an explosion test is required; once it’s lit, no such test is needed
In normal operation, the pilot light must remain lit to ensure that the burner does not go out. If the car has stopped, why keep the lamp lit?
In regular production, the permanent light cannot be turned off, which poses a safety issue.
An eternal light – an eternal light. If that eternal light does not shine, there is a problem with the instructions for lighting it. The pilot light must not be turned off in order to save some fuel gas.
The function of the pilot light is to ignite the main burner when it goes out, thereby preventing flash explosions caused by the leakage of fuel gas after shutdown; it may also be lit to maintain temperature during downtime.

Based on my experience, there are two types of perpetual lamps I have encountered: those in torch systems and those in heating furnaces. In my opinion, the permanent lights of the flare system (a typical flare system has at least several such lights) must remain lit at all times, whether the plant is operating or not, in order to prevent the release of combustible gases into the flare system and avoid the accumulation of such gases there. The pilot light of the heating furnace can be turned on or off depending on whether the furnace is in operation!
