Open the compressor’s outlet. 3. Apply a 50% load. 4. Open the compressor’s inlet. 5. Apply a 100% load

To be honest, the design of this “new hydrogen compressor” still needs to be determined; there are various types of hydrogen compressors, and the steps you propose may not be suitable for every type of equipment. What was said above is correct; it is necessary to follow the operating procedures strictly, and actions should be taken based on sound reasoning. If it is found that something does not conform to these procedures, a report should be submitted to obtain approval from superiors. Only after the procedures are modified can operations be carried out in accordance with them. Working with hydrogen requires caution; one cannot be reckless, and as some experts say, it is you who will end up hurt in the event of an accident. Is there a principle behind this? Let me tell you about our procedures for your reference! We are a two-stage compression reciprocating machine; once the startup conditions are met, 1) establish the flow path by closing the inlet valve and fully opening stage 1 inlet and outlet valves as well as stage 2 inlet and outlet valves ; 2. Start the machine with no load. 3. Once all operational parameters such as temperature and vibration are within acceptable limits, fully open the inlet valve. 4. Increase the load to 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. 5. Adjust the outlet pressure to match the system pressure using the first, second, and third control valves, then open the outlet valve to integrate the system. (When the unit first started operating, both the inlet and outlet valves were kept fully open; it was only after one of the outlet check valves failed that this operation method was adopted.) )
