I’ve used it before; the reaction temperature soared, and it was a real hassle – I broke into a cold sweat. It’s necessary to strictly control the liquid level in the tank to prevent it from entering the compressor or the flare line, as otherwise a flare could be generated. It is essential to follow the operating procedures strictly to ensure that the emergency pressure relief valve functions properly.
After pressure is released, the liquid level rises very quickly. Can you drain it fast enough? Once the liquid level exceeds a certain threshold, the press will enter interlock mode; moreover, the cooling system must not stop in case of overheating. I’m not sure how your company controls the liquid level in the tank – I would appreciate some advice

There is no good solution; the only option is to supply oil to the back as quickly as possible. Never let the circulating hydrogen liquid separation tank become full – relieve pressure first to ensure safety.
