Questions about the requirements for hydrogen cylinders in the workshop?

In the workshop laboratory of Class V workshops, a gas cylinder room is installed; this room is separated from the other three sides by explosion-proof walls, with one side being directly connected to the outside of the workshop. There is no clear specification regarding whether such a gas cylinder room can be established – upon referring to GB 4962 and related standards, no explicit answer is provided. Have any of you sea friends used it or are familiar with the relevant clear regulations? Thank you for your answers.
Attention should be paid to the impact of installing external doors in the cylinder room on the existing explosion-proof area of the workshop
Experience suggests that no doors or windows should be installed within 15 meters of the gas cylinder area in the original workshop.

The \"Design Code for Laboratories in Petrochemical Centers\" SH/T 3103-2009 specifies that the design of gas cylinder rooms must meet the following requirements: a) It should be located on the side of the laboratory that is not the main entrance, and measures should be taken to protect it from sunlight; when the gas cylinder room is integrated with the building, the partition wall should be a reinforced concrete explosion-proof wall. b) The area must have good ventilation and sufficient space for explosion venting, and the floor should have measures to prevent sparks and static electricity. c) Gas cylinders containing flammable gases should be separated from those containing oxidizing gases
There is a corridor separating the production area from the office area, and fire doors are installed there; I’m mainly wondering what standards should be referred to for the design
There are no specific regulations; refer to GB50016 and GB50058.
I checked this standard and it’s very useful. One more question: are there any special requirements for hydrogen gas cylinders, or can we just follow this standard?
