When is catalyst drying completed for the first start-up of the unit, in order to save start-up time?
After the high-pressure airtightness test of nitrogen was completed without any issues, the catalyst was loaded and dried. After drying is complete, perform high-pressure hydrogen leak testing. It’s relatively coherent.
Once the catalyst has been loaded and the airtightness test with high-pressure nitrogen is successful, drying can begin
Once airtightness is ensured, we can proceed, right?
After the system achieves gas-tightness, the system is heated to dry the catalyst
Once the nitrogen airtightness test is completed, the catalyst can be dried.
