The tail oil from wax oil hydrocracking was mixed into the wax oil hydrorefining unit, causing the top temperature of the hydrogen sulfide removal stripping tower to drop significantly – it fell from over 190 degrees during normal operation to around 130 degrees
A large volume causes the top temperature to drop; increasing heat extraction can raise the top temperature.
The temperature of the reaction products indicates their lightness; when hydrocracking tail oil is mixed into the feedstock, the reaction products become lighter, and thus the temperature required for subsequent distillation decreases
These are operational changes caused by variations in the properties of the raw materials; it is necessary to appropriately increase the pressure control at the top of the tower to ensure proper reflux, maintain a balanced load at the tower top, and at the same time conduct quality inspections on the products extracted from the top to guarantee product quality
It will definitely decrease. By adding cracked tail oil, all the hydrogen sulfide is removed; once refining begins, no more hydrogen sulfide is generated. If there is no hydrogen sulfide, then the gas phase entering the hydrogen sulfide stripping tower will be reduced. With less gas phase, the pressure will definitely drop; this is a normal phenomenon.
