I have a question: in the accident prevention plans related to hydrogenation processes, it is stated that when problems occur in the equipment, an emergency pressure relief system operates at a rate of 0.7 MPa/min, as well as another system that operates at 1.4 MPa/min. What does a pressure release rate of 0.7 MPa/min mean? It’s my first time encountering this, so please share your thoughts. Thank you
